Emergency Maintenance

We are opening an emergency maintenance window beginning 22:00 UK time on Sunday 5th Nov 2006.
During this time we will be performing a reboot of our core aggregation stack, this will cause complete loss of connectivity for all customers while the devices reboot and reconfigure.
Depending on the result of this reboot we may also be performing further diagnosis or a software update on the stack, if this is the case then further reboots may be required.
Total outage time for each reboot is anticipated to be approximately 5-10 minutes.
We apologise for the outage caused by this essential work.
