A New Beginning
I started designing and building websites in 2000 and by 2003 began my first web design company called 'Tsunami-Site-Design'.
The dramatic and disastrous events of the Asian Tsunami on 26th December 2004 brought the word 'Tsunami' into everyday life. After much thought I decided it prudent to change the name of Tsunami-Site-Design out of respect to those personally affected by the disaster. Pixelwave Design was born in January 2005. If you would like to contribute something to help ease the suffering of the Asian Tsunami victims please follow this link and give generously... Click Here to donate
Although essentially the 'New Beginning' is just a name change, it also acted as a new personal incentive for me. The new website that you are now viewing is bigger and better than the previous one, it contains much more help and advice and I have various other plans for it that will be coming soon.
As before, customer satisfaction is my number one aim. As a small business with no advertising budget, virtually all my work comes from direct word-of-mouth recommendations. I am very aware of this and therefore aim to keep my customers happy during all the stages of my relationship with them. Hopefully this new website will reflect this. It will have a greater emphasis on helpful information and useful tips rather than being a purely promotional tool for Pixelwave Design.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank all my current clients, and welcome any new ones. Your feedback is always appreciated. If you have anything to say please contact me. I do my best to provide a perfect service, but I am only human, so if there is anything you think could be improved please do let me know. (If you only have good things to say, then my ego will gladly accept any praise as well).. I want to hear from you.
I look forward to working with you.
Alan Cole.
